Anti Hacker
Spyware Detector

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy Anti Hacker – Spyware Detector (the “App”), developed and provided by ACCEL IT PTY LTD (referred to as “we”, “us”, or “the Developer”). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, with whom we share it, and your choices regarding that information. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

Effective date: October 10, 2025

1. Data we may collect

A. Data collected by the App and third-party SDKs

  • Device & technical data: device model, OS version, app version, IP address, language, unique device identifiers (including Advertising ID), and crash reports / diagnostics. (Collected by Firebase Analytics / Crashlytics and by ad SDKs.)
  • Usage data: how you use the App (feature usage, session length, interactions) — used to improve the App and for analytics (Firebase).
  • Advertising identifiers & ad-related signals: the App uses ad mediation/advertising SDKs which may collect advertising identifiers (Google Advertising ID) and other signals to show personalized (or non-personalized) ads. The App uses CAS (CleverAdsSolutions / CAS.ai) mediation/SDK for ad monetization. The CAS SDK may collect device and ad identifiers and other technical signals required for ad serving.
  • Reviews & ratings: when you are prompted to leave a review, the App uses the Google Play In-App Review API to display the review flow; review content and rating submissions are handled by Google Play. The API itself does not require transmission of extra personal data to us beyond what Google provides through the Play Console.

B. Data we do NOT collect (unless you explicitly provide it)

  • We do not collect sensitive personal data (health, financial account numbers, precise location, or social security numbers) unless you explicitly submit such information in a message or feedback (which we advise against). The App does not require account sign-in by default.

2. How we use the data

  • We use the collected information for the following purposes:
  • Provide, maintain, and improve the App (crash reports, diagnostics, analytics).
  • Serve and optimize ads via third-party ad providers and mediation (supporting revenue that funds the App).
  • Respond to user feedback and support requests.
  • Fulfill legal obligations and enforce our terms.

3. Data sharing and third parties

We may share or allow third parties to collect data as follows:

  • Firebase (Google): the App uses Firebase products (Analytics, Crashlytics, etc.). Data collected by Firebase is processed by Google according to Firebase privacy and security practices. See Firebase documentation for detailsю
  • Ad networks & mediation (CAS / CleverAdsSolutions and its partners): ad SDKs/mediation partners receive data needed to deliver and optimize ads (device identifiers, ad identifiers, technical signals). CAS.ai is used for mediation and may transmit data to multiple ad networks as part of mediation.
  • Google Play: review submissions and any data processed by Google Play services are governed by Google’s policies and terms.

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose data to comply with legal obligations, to protect our rights, or in connection with a merger or acquisition (with notice where required).

4. Advertising & choices

  • Ads served in the App may be personalized using the Advertising ID and other signals. You can control ad personalization and reset or opt out of the Advertising ID at the device level (Android settings).
  • If you prefer non-personalized ads, you can change ad personalization settings on your device or in Google settings. The App itself does not currently provide an in-app toggle for ad personalization; future updates may add this option.

5. Data retention & security

  • We retain data only as long as needed to provide services, comply with legal obligations, or for legitimate business purposes (analytics, fraud prevention). Exact retention periods depend on the type of data and third-party policies.
  • We employ reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect data. However, no transmission over the Internet or storage system is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Children

The App is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

7. Your rights (where applicable)

Depending on your jurisdiction (for example under the GDPR or CCPA) you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the contact details below. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

8. Google Play Data safety

You will be asked to complete Google Play’s Data safety form in the Play Console. The App’s disclosures should accurately reflect the categories above (analytics, crash data, device identifiers, advertising identifiers, ads). Guidance for mapping Firebase SDKs and other SDKs to the form is available in Firebase and Play Console documentation; please review those pages when completing your Play Console disclosures.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. We will post the updated policy with a revised effective date.
